springboot整合webSocket时出现webSocketMap总是只有一个

springboot项目，有两个启动类，一个是管理后台的，一个是小程序的，在common中集成了webSocket，在service中写了WebSocketService类，里面是连接、接收、发送、关闭的方法，代码如下：

管理后台进来后，储存第一个的uri和信息，此时webSocketMap.size()为1，并没有调用onclose方法，然后小程序提交订单后，进入websocket,进行握手，但是此时webSocketMap.size()还是只有一个，而且是小程序端进来的信息，管理后台的信息没有，这是哪里出问题了
