SQL server安装失败

SQL server安装失败
安装有关sql功能的时候总是会安装失败，之前卸载过两次，不知道是因为什么原因安装失败，感觉不是因为卸载不干净的原因，help
下面是安装失败弹出来的窗口里的文字：
