androidstudio升级到3.4.1后debug模式无法使用，请问一下怎么做？

一直出现Waiting for application to start debug server
Could not connect to remote process. Aborting debug session.
网上的方法都试过了，删除360，重启adb，添加android debuggable = "true"，请问一下还有没有什么办法？
