一个实在看不明白的报错

本人完全新，从巴西的一个视觉小说网站下了小黄油上就想汉化导出个apk
尝试过apktool，但是报错22号，我实在不懂如何看这个安装包如何匹配我手机的安装包版本。
试过安装里面的说的androidSDK，但是c盘还有十二g，把c盘填满后还没装满，然后又回去删掉，之后只是单独下了里面说的sdk版本，也配置了环境，但是没运行，也许是我路径弄错了。而且jdk环境也配置过了
决定试着从renpy的引擎上导出文件，但是这个实在不懂了，报错如下
