eclipse下完出现这个是什么意思？怎么解决啊？

点开eclipse之后出现
“The Eclipse executable launcher was unable
to locate its companion shared library”环境变量已经配完了，但eclipse打不开

把Eclipse.ini文件里的--launcher.library plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher.win32.win32.x86_64_1.1.2.R36x_v20101222删除再看看
