你打开的不是该程序的主文件，可能是窗口文件或代码文件。
你逐一打开各文件试试，图标是Delphi默认的那种，扩展名忘了。
选中【计算机】---鼠标右键---【属性】---【高级系统设置】---【高级】---【设置】---【数据执行保护】---添加启动的exe即可，然后重启电脑。这种方法试过了么，另外，升级补丁后，你的磁盘空间是不是不够了，如果不够的话，清理一下磁盘。
