自己在训练keras frcnn 一直无法使用gpu进行计算，开始训练后发现计算太慢就终止了终端，再次运行代码后就发生下面的报错，然后怎么也调不好了。tensorflow.python.framework.errors_impl.AlreadyExistsError: Another metric with the same name already exists.
