wamp的localhost界面成这样了，求解，急！

最开始的页面是有图标什么的，现在纯字，不知道怎么解决，功能倒是正常,今天在装composer的时候，装完测试页面的时候才发现localhost界面有问题，试了下功能又没什么事，不知道是我误删除了什么，有大shen解决一下嘛

样式文件加载失败了，f12看下网络选项卡css文件状态是不是有404错误
