python爬虫存入数据库报错1205, 'Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction'

我下载的文件下载了4个小时
(各种原因吧，应该不是下载时间长的问题，因为我下载完之后才打开的数据库连接)
版本为python2x
为了防止报错终止程序写了个死循环
