unity3D下载助手错误 Error 'SendRequest Error'

我在官网下载的unity下载助手双击打开，win10显示“无法访问smartscreen”，但是点击运行以后，又显示 Error 'SendRequest Error' while downloading ini file from http://files.unity3d.com/bootstrapper/b8cbb5de9840/unity-2018.1.1f1-win.ini Please verify that your are connected to Internet and your firewall allows downloading files."
以前安装unity都没有出现过这样的情况 ，之后电脑有重装系统过
请问应该如何解决？
