IndexError: Too many indices for array:Array is 2-dimensional,but 3 were indexed

用原来的彩色图片可以完成测试，但是更换了新的图片（黑乎乎的）之后报错too many indices for array

print打印了一下经过letterbox处理后的图片后结果是

看错误提示似乎是彩色图片是三维数组，而灰度图是二维的，所以不允许使用 3 个index
