在open terminal里面输入命令可以打开jupyter notebook,但是手动点击launch却没反应

打开jupyter notebook的时候，如果在anaconda里面open teeminal，然后再输入jupyter notebook是可以跳转到网页的

但是如果直接在anaconda里面点击jupyter notebook的launch就一直没反应是怎么回事呀？
