tomcat地址设置

目前不清楚问题出在哪，理论上地址输入也没错，网上也暂未查到相关解决方法

你并没有开启springmvc注解功能，controller里面注解没用吧

另外我感觉你的扫描包也有问题，直接扫java包去了，但是java是资源包。。。。。，
你应该扫描指定包才对控制器里mvc一般扫描controller包下的类，当然你扫描全局，应该在java资源包下面在建立一个包，这个包下面放的是你那所有的项目，类似于这样的

你直接让它扫描的包为baidu即可

项目运行启动正常吗，能否访问页面。
