.NET Core 多线程 让程序假死

如上面的代码,我再一个程序/Test/GetA里面做了个线程等待10秒。然后正常情况下单个访问正常,但是如果多线程请求这个GetA,我再去请求其他则会有假死效果,比如去获取/Test,正常情况下是秒返回的,但是多线程并发请求后则假死。
