nginx 的URL重定向 这里不起作用

首先我有一个可以正常访问的地址：http://ab.tutu.com:8080/gui/ 。想通过nginx反向代理为：http://ut.tutu.com/ 。
请问nginx里面的location 怎么写？下面这块代码经测试 好像不行

可以尝试看一下日志，非200都会写日志
