电脑更换WiFi后ssh连接失败，报错ssh_exchange_identification

电脑连手机热点时可正常ssh登录远程服务器
但是连接图书馆公共WiFi时ssh连接报错ssh_exchange_identification: read: Connection reset
如下

试过修改hosts.allow，无效
服务器sshd运行状态如下

可能ssh的端口号被禁用了。你可以试着把端口号改一下。
