Macbook安装MIT的MEEP，make出现问题？

请问安装MEEP 1.19在Macbook(10.13.6--High Sierra)上，官网要求的libctl 3.2.2 and Guile 2.0.11和其他全部已经按照这个链接https://www.mail-archive.com/meep-discuss@ab-initio.mit.edu/msg05811.html安装完，但是make MEEP时出现 “make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.” 是什么原因呢？多谢
