pycharm之pip安装模块出问题

这个换源也没用，但是使用其他命令可以安装模块。

比如。form xxx  pip   install这样的可以

直接使用命令安装试下看看： 

pip install 安装包名字  -i http://pypi.doubanio.com/simple/
