ospf一直停留在init状态，两端互联地址ping不通，端口up，华为侧能看到ARP信息，华三看不到，华为一侧端口更换过模块，依然处于init状态，设备上都没配置ACL控制，这是啥原因？
是不是华三和华为的ospf验证不一致呢 试试
