问题解决了,
mke2fs.conf的问题 因为是Ubuntu18.04 的版本使用mkfs.ext4格式化以后根板子不兼容,
用低版本的 12.04的mke2fs.conf 覆盖18.04的以后,
mkfs.ext4 再去格式化就可以用了
