如何用php实现主机名获取、识别判断并跳转?

当一台电脑访问这个页面时，获取它的主机名，然后分析这个主机名是否存在于已知的几个主机名中，如果已经存在，则不反应，如果不存在则跳转。

比如主机A访问页面，他的主机名是123456，php获取这个主机名，然后比对txt或者代码里已经有的三个主机名“sdfbs”，“123456”，“isdyfsd”，比对后123456这个主机名是有记录的，则不跳转。

主机B访问页面，主机名是56789，php获取这个主机名，然后比对txt或者代码里已经有的三个主机名“sdfbs”，“123456”，“isdyfsd”，比对后56789这个主机名没有记录，则跳转到1.html。
