Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Unable to load library 'helloworld':

我在用idea调用dll文件的时候出现的这个问题，不知道是为什么导致的？大神们能帮忙解决下吗？
我的项目结构：

helloworld怎么写的，最好放在system32（或者syswow64）目录下，并且需要用regsvr32注册
