用idea创建maven项目的时候无法下载jar？

用idea创建maven项目，一直报错，在网上看了好多都是配置阿里云镜像，修改证书什么的，都没有效果，求指教！！！！
阿里云镜像也配了：这两个都试过
 

证书也改过：
