用java代码随即修改安卓模拟器的IMEI，原本都是00000000000000，实了一些方法都没该成功，求解答
该程序实现一下功能，
1，修改android模拟器的imei，
2，自动启动android模拟器
3，运行开机启动程序，ps:这个开机启动程序apk就没放出来了。
4，停止android模拟器；
重复1,2,3过程

在UltraEdit中打开Android模拟器文件emulator-arm.exe，查找ASCII内容CIMI：
修改IMSI
查找：33 31 30 32 36 30 30 30 30 30 30 30 30 30 30
替换为：34 36 30 30 31 35 39 37 31 32 31 32 33 34 35
修改IMEI
查找：30 30 30 30 30 30 30 30 30 30 30 30 30 30 30
替换为：38 36 34 30 34 36 30 30 38 34 31 32 33 34 35
补充说明
[1].IMSI前6位310260不建议修改，测试发现改后模拟器无法联网。
