MFC程序完成编译后，运行报Not find any readers

这个错误看上去不是mfc自身的错误，而是你程序里丢出了。话说你的程序代码是你自己写的么？是不是用了什么读取文件、端口、数据库、硬件设备之类的

应该是CSCSampleDlg中的代码问题
