Android studio 运行报错app is in background uid null

请各位大神教导我怎么看这个报错？是什么意思？要如何根据报错找到程序错误？

Settings->Build,Execution,Deployment->Instant Run

关掉 Enable Instant Run to hot swap code/ 试一下
