小弟刚刚接触tensorflow，照的网上的教程安装完之后，在命令行运行import tensorflow这条语句的时候就报错了，下面是报错的内容，希望各位大神帮帮小弟。

你好 我使用连接中最后的解决方法，到 make -j4 这一步的时候就出错了，说是没有相应的makefile，怎么办啊，而且我不是管理员不能用sudo
