使用RN开发编译 Could not resolve all dependencies

使用RN开发android app时编译出错 Could not resolve all dependencies for configuration ':app:_debugApk'

应该是android support repository版本问题，但是我在sdk manager中重新安装后，还是没有出现下图中的27.0.2，请问如何升级?

建议调低一下版本试一下，或者使用AS进行原生打包，方便定位错误，有问题可以问我，望采纳
