关于make install 找不到标签或分支的问题

在github上下载源码导入eclipse，在命令行进入源码的api文件夹，运行make install，安装依赖库和api本身，但是有一个报错，
报错内容： Cloning https://github.com/pyinstaller/pyinstaller.git (to 7e814646474efc868206beb8fb9dfe45af527109) to /tmp/pip-qhaf4pgv-build

请问是什么原因造成的错误，并且怎么解决这个问题

https://github.com/pyinstaller/pyinstaller.git 对应的branch 7e814646474efc868206beb8fb9dfe45af527109估计被删除了，找不到了。估计远程github的源码改动了
