C#绘图，编译正常，但无法画出图形的问题

本人C#小白，下面的程序在VS2017 .net framework 4.5的环境下编译正常，但运行结果无正常图形
麻烦各位大佬帮忙看看是哪里出了问题

Form1_Load里面加上
this.Paint += Form1_Paint
