spring tool ,name 和 class 还是alt /不出来

ssh项目
applicationcontext.xml里,
spring tool ,hibernate tool都按了

标签里 name 和 class 还是alt /不出来

请问怎么解决

是不是约束文件没起作用呀

xsd 文件吗 我都匹配了
