jquery获取XML数据异常

 $html="<?xml version='1.0' encoding='utf-8'?>";
$html.="<flag>霓虹</flag>";
echo $html;

霓虹外面是由flag包裹着的，只不过csdn里面直接过滤掉了

alert出来的值为空，没东西
