java关于读取.grp中数据

毕设要做一个数据查询软件，数据文件是.grp文件，我用java开发，因为文件格式不是文本格式，没法打开，我想请问一下，
怎样才能把.grp文件的数据转成文本格式然后读取出来，各位大大帮帮忙。。

不要转，直接读就可以了
