C#16进制转换2进制,0和1的与或操作

例如一个数据byte[] data={0F,00,00,00,00,00,00,00}里面都是16进制,例如数组中第一个元素,16进制0F对应的二进制00001111,现在要对其进行与或操作将第一个0变成1,为10001111,对应16进制为8F,再对其进行与或操作,最后的1成0,10001110,16进制为8E,请问,需要再对里面的二进制建立数组操作吗?有大神帮忙写个这个
