部分图形只能移动，不能移动，不能复制，也不能旋转，它又没有锁，没有冻结，怎么会不能编辑呢？
可能的原因很多，论坛上找到的：
Create a new project, and add that drawing to the new project "Copy drawing to project". See if the problem persists.
If it does: verify:
1.That you don't have any grouped objects [classicgroup command].
2.That all layers are visible, unlocked, and unfrozen.
3.Objects are not xrefed in but actually in the drawing.
4.Audit your project.
Lastly export the drawing to regular autocad and see if the problem persists, if it doesn't then it's a P&ID issue, if it does then it's probably an autocad issue.
