apache-tomcat-7.0.69，apache-maven-3.3.9-bin,myeclipse部署的项目可以访问。
目录路径错误，看下maven打包部署路径，另外如果是非标准的maven项目，maven打包会丢掉文件，建议把项目结构和pom.xml贴出来
