am5728支持串口启动，我使用的串口终端工具是picocom，串口参数115200-8e1
TI官方人员给出3步：
1. Perform binary transfer of the boot message: 0xF0030002 -> this tells the board that you will transfer a boot image.
2. Perform binary transfer of u-boot-spl.bin
3. Perform xmodem transfer of the u-boot image
