没找到类yycg.base.service.impl.UseryyServiceImpl]，看下/WEB-INF/classes/spring/applicationContext-base-service.xml]; 配置的useryyService路径是否正确。
全局搜索下UseryyServiceImpl这个类，包名和类名是否和applicationContext-base-service.xml配置的一样，如果一样。那么就有可能是打包有问题，没
将这个类打包进去，看看项目的路径/target/classes目录下有没有这个类
