快速排序中的一个疑问希望感兴趣的帮忙

问题描述:
两种选取key位置的方法完全相同,但是调用一个是函数内调用,另一种是函数外调用,但结果是一个起作用一个不起作用,请问这是为什么?下面上代码。

不起作用的调用函数:
