netbeans中调试php程序，执行到实例化smarty时程序提示“套接字异常错误”

$smarty = new Smarty();

$smarty->template_dir="./templates";
$smarty->compile_dir="./compile";

在netbeans中调试php程序，调试运行到new Smarty();时,netbeans弹出套接字异常错误。
非调试运行时，程序运行正常。
