redhat安装vsfptd，redhat上连接成功，在windows上ftp连接超时

redhat安装vsfptd，vsftpd.conf配置默认未改。ptables和selinux都关了，在linux上ftp登陆成功。在windows上ping服务器成功，但就是ftp连接超时

我以前也是这种情况，不过我看网上很多人都说用xshell，最后就没折腾了，弄好可以贴下步骤吗
