是否可以通过JOSM来建立自己的符号库

想知道是否可以通过OSM的桌面地图编辑器JOSM来开发创建起自己的符号库。

It supports loading GPX tracks, background imagery and OSM data from local sources as well as from online sources
and allows to edit the OSM data (nodes, ways and relations) and their metadata tags.
