在IntelliJ Idea工具中开发 Spring MVC 网页报404

controller类

访问http://localhost:9100/home/这个网页就报404。
求大神解答。

这什么鬼，，你访问的路径项目名都不加的，，，

加了项目名还是一样的

同问，请问LZ最后怎么解决的？
