1.要么就是你以前依赖了环境变量password
2.要么就是spring-util没有加载到你的配置文件
3.要么是spring-util加载到你的配置文件了，但是配置文件中没有password的属性。
因为spring配置文件中引入${password}这样的变量，spring会从环境变量，或者spring-util读入的变量
进行替换，如果没找到这样的变量，就会报错，所以你还是得仔细检查一下配置文件或者环境变量

初步看一下，你看一下你的数据库连接池异常，异常原因：Could not resolve placeholder 'password' in string value "${password}"

你应该在某个properties文件里写了password=xxxx
然后再dataSource里面配置
如果是上面这种情况，你在dataSource的配置前面加一个
config/jdbc.properties换成你那个properties文件的位置，应该就行了
