PowerShell备份数据库问题

要备份一个数据库RMD，其他数据库小一点的，几M的没有问题，大点就会显示超时，如图

Invoke sqlcmd : timeout expired . the timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the opration or the server is not responding.
the backup or restore was aborted
调用sqlcmd:超时过期。超时期间运行之前完成施工或服务器没有响应。
备份或还原被中止
