由于无法联网，我下了一个build-essential____12.1ubuntu2.tar用u盘拷到ubuntu server系统中，用tar command extract后，应该如何安装。
tar -zxf build-essential____12.1ubuntu2.tar先解压
然后进入目录，运行make all，如果有sh脚本，先运行脚本
sudo apt-get install build-essential
