检查下spring的配置文件，看看是否存在非法字符/特殊字符等，报错显示是配置文件的解析出错了。
从报错上看，applicationContext-services.xml 这个文件第58行有错误
检查下beans标签是否闭合，是否有非法字符，如果是eclipse开发工具xml结构有问题是错误提示的
这种错误一般是你xml文档里含有不正确的子元素，我也出现过，是我把注释不小心给去掉了，中文文字变成beans的子元素造成的
