微信申请公众号必须要提供企业营业执照，组织代码机构证等，个人申请订阅号也需要身份证号拍照。这个是游戏规则，除非你是腾讯的大客户。

海外是不能直接注册中国大陆微信公众号的，以为必须要提供大陆企业营业执照，组织代码机构证等···但还是有办法可以注册的，就是找国内第三方公司注册，操作是一模一样的，而且比较简单方便。可以加WX：552074524
