Apache Tomcat/5.0.28
第一次启动Tomcat，没有问题，如果修改web项目中的某一个文件，就会报错，访问文件就会报503
PS：我是简单的搭了个Struts2小程序
修改文件后，tomcat重启试试
服务器不可用 检查一下服务器配置
