在安装intel一款软件时，出现了错误，该怎么解决？

在安装intel的parallel_studio_xe_2015_update4时，出现了错误，该怎么解决？错误如下：

文件包损坏了或者网络没链接好，直面意思。我感觉是不是系统也有点老了啊。。。

换了台电脑也是出问题的，可能是文件包问题！
